TERMS AND CONDITION



All the apartments have its particular conditions, these are detailed on the website www.europeaparts.com in the file of each apartment or will be informed you during pre-reservation communications by email, phone, fax . It is an implied term that, by using the europeaparts.com website, you agree to accept our terms and conditions stated below.

General Conditions

Once you have carried out the payment of the reservation fee you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation and all the information, it is very important that you read it carefully.

  • Each owner of apartment fixes conditions of payment of the rent, accepting now the conditions of this reservation you accept conditions of payment published on our website. Please write or call contact person to agree for the payment once you received information with the e-mail of confirmation.
  • Please contact 3 days before your arrival the contact person to confirm the meeting time and place on arrival
  • You must give back all sets of keys on departure
  • You must leave apartment at the check out time
  • No damaging the apartment’s furniture or facilities
  • No lodging more people than mentioned in this contract is not allowed
  • Noises are forbidden after 21.00h inside the apartment and also in the staircase. Guest not respecting this point will be immediately asked to leave the property with no refund of the rent paid.
  • We don't accept groups celebrating stag or hen parties, or football supporters making noise at the flat. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay.
  • The property owner reserves the right to ask the tenant for the signature of a location contract when paying the outstanding amount of rent or upon arrival.
  • The owner or the contact person reserve the right to change the accommodation due to irreparable damages or major reasons, and Europeaparts.com will not be liable for the inconveniences caused.
  • Europeaparts.com will not be liable for the possible theft of objects deposited in the apartment.

Cancellations:

  • Regarding the rental fee - this will depend on the conditions of cancellation by the owner of each apartment.
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing, by e-mail or fax.
  • The cancellation policy of each apartment will be applied according to the date of receipt of the above statement in writing, e-mail or fax.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel a reservation or booking of an accommodation due to a failure or problems that cannot be fixed or are beyond our control. Our company is not to be held responsible for the inconvenience caused by any of these problems.
  • We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In case of a cancellation, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; when possible, we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only cases in which we are strict is a "no-show". The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from your credit card.
  • Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:
    Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30 euro  (or 15 GBP in the UK)
    Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay
    Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
    Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
    No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

    Bookings for 2 or more  apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
    Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
    Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay
    Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay
    No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
  • Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.
  • In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to reaccommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period


Please note:

  • reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro (or 15 GBP in the UK) administration fee. The changes must be advised prior to your arrival. If you reduce the number of nights or of guests between 7 days prior to your arrival and the arrival - recalculation of price is not possible.
  • Especially for shorter bookings (1-4 nights) or in absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or smaller price.

 

Booking Changes

A change of dates is possible in the following cases:

Adding of extra dates is permitted providing that the apartment is available for the extra dates. The change should take place only after payment of the difference in the amount of reservation fee has been completed.

Reduction of time: must be done one month in advance and booking fee is non-returnable.

Changing the number of people:

Increasing the number of people is allowed provided the same apartment has the capacity for the extra persons. The change should take place only after payment of the difference in the amount of reservation fee has been completed.

The first change of the reservation will not have administration costs but from the second applies a tariff of 20 €

It is the responsibility of our clients that the area or neighbourhood they choose to stay in is to their liking.
